Here's the deal:
Availability: We book a limited number of cakes in order to maintain the highest standards and attention to detail. For that reason, we suggest reserving your date as early as possible. You may reserve your date with a signed contract and deposit. Please contact us to see if we are available for your date.
Custom Wedding Consultation & Tastings: Wedding cake tastings are $25 for up to four people. Together, we will create a design that you love! You'll receive a sample box with your choice of three delicious cakes, fillings, and icings. Consultations are by appointment only, require at least 48 hours advance notice, and usually last about an hour or less. When you book your wedding cake order within 7 days of your tasting, the $25 fee is applied to your order balance. *If you do not need a sample box, there is no charge for the consultation.
Due to COVID, video consultations are available. We can arrange a no-contact pick up of a tasting box, so you can still enjoy cake samples!
Payment: All orders require a 50% deposit to reserve your date and it will be applied to your balance. All orders must be paid in full two weeks prior to your event. PayPal, cash, and checks made payable to Kissable Cakes are accepted.
Set Up & Delivery: Delivery fees may apply based on distance traveled. Please contact us for a quote. You must provide a sturdy level surface, preferably in a climate controlled location for the cake. Pick up is available for smaller cakes or cupcakes. Please have a vehicle with a clean, flat, non-skid surface to place your cake box(es). Pick up is not available for cakes three or more tiers.
Anniversary Cakes: With any Custom Wedding cake order, you will receive a complimentary six-inch cake to enjoy on your first anniversary.
Cake Stands: We can provide a cake stand suited to your design for a small rental fee and refundable deposit. See our current stands here. You are also welcome to provide your own stand if you'd like.
Last Minute Orders: Subject to availability. Although we will make every effort to accommodate last minute orders, 48 hours advance notice is appreciated. At Kissable Cakes, everything is made to order, so we will not have cakes "on the shelf" for purchase.
